1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items may only be returned after they have been physically delivered to you.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs charges, duties, or taxes.
- Products must be returned in their original condition:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- With all original tags and labels attached
- Trying on items is permitted, but worn items cannot be returned.
- Products ordered intentionally in multiple sizes or variations with the purpose of returning part of the order are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps carefully:

Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions

Please note that returned items may need to be sent to one of our international fulfillment partners or suppliers.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service with:

- Insurance coverage where possible
Beaumont Toronto is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will work quickly to provide a suitable solution.
5. Order & Delivery Responsibility
Beaumont Toronto is not responsible for:
- Lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Any address correction requests must be submitted within 24 hours after placing the order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.
This may include:
- Personal-use items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
These exclusions will be clearly indicated where applicable.
